Solutions for problems signing in to your YAPL account.
Can't Log In
Wrong Password
Symptoms:
- "Invalid credentials" error
- "Incorrect password" message
Solutions:
- Check caps lock - Passwords are case-sensitive
- Verify email address - Make sure you're using the right email
- Reset password - Use "Forgot Password" link
- Check for typos - Re-enter password carefully
Forgot Password
How to reset:
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for reset link
- Click the link (valid for 24 hours)
- Create a new password
- Log in with new password
Reset email not arriving?
- Check spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes
- Request another reset
- Verify email address is correct
- Contact support if still not working
Account Not Found
"No account with this email" message:
- Verify you're using the correct email
- Check for typos in email address
- You may have registered with a different email
- Account may have been deleted
- Create a new account if needed
Account Locked
Why accounts get locked:
- Too many failed login attempts
- Security concerns detected
- Manual lock by administrator
What to do:
- Wait 15 minutes
- Try logging in again

Email Verification Issues
Didn't Receive Verification Email
Try these steps:

Verification Link Not Working

How to request new link:

Already Verified But Still Asked to Verify
Solutions:
- Clear browser cookies
- Try incognito/private mode
