Workspaces

Complete guide to managing your YAPL workspace, including settings, owners, and configuration.

Workspace Management

A workspace is your organization's isolated environment in YAPL. It contains all your projects, teams, resources, and data. Each workspace operates independently with its own subscription, member limits, and settings.

Understanding Workspaces

Workspaces provide:

  • Data Isolation - All data is contained within your workspace
  • Team Organization - Members grouped into teams with roles
  • Project Management - Projects assigned to teams
  • Subscription Management - Billing and seat allocation
  • Security - Row-level security ensures data privacy
