Project Metrics

YAPL provides various metrics to help you track project progress, monitor budget usage, and assess overall project health.

Dashboard Overview

Access project metrics from the project detail page. The dashboard displays key performance indicators at a glance.

Completion Progress

Track task completion across your plans:

Progress Calculation

Progress can be calculated in different modes:

Task Status Distribution

View tasks by status:

  • To Do - Not started
  • In Progress - Active work
  • In Review - Pending approval
  • Completed - Finished
  • Custom statuses - Workspace-specific

Timeline Metrics

Duration Tracking

Timeline Health

Indicators show if project is:

  • On Track - Progress matches timeline

  • Milestone markers
  • Key date indicators

Full budget tracking requires Professional tier subscription.
